Mark W. Rosegrant is also a Non-resident Fellow of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He authored and edited 12 books and over 100 refereed papers in agricultural economics, water resources, and food policy analysis. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
