Shion Yee has over 20 years of experience leading the design and implementation of water projects which have cross-cutting environment, natural resources, and agriculture sector impacts. He is responsible for processing and implementing ADB loan projects and technical assistance programs in the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia. He joined ADB in 2015 as the urban and water sector focal point in ADB’s Independent Evaluation Department. He has a PhD in Resource Economics and qualifications in Civil Engineering and Business Management.
