Palak Rawal is a consultant with ADB, providing technical expertise for the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Graduation approach in South Asia projects, particularly those involving vulnerable communities with livelihoods at risk. She is currently supporting projects in India and Bangladesh. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the National University of Singapore.
