Dr. Coral Fernandez-Illescas is a civil and environmental engineer with over 24 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector, including water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), and water resources management arena in international development (Asian Development Bank and Inter-American Development Bank) and academia (Harvard University and Princeton University). She holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University and an M.Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine.
