Valerie Lisack provides high-level advice and support to the BPMSD Director General, focusing on institutional matters. She leads in institutional issues, including workforce planning, staff position management, and organizational changes. She has also served as Senior Advisor to the Vice President and Transport Specialist. Prior to ADB, Valerie held positions in the French Railway Infrastructure Manager (railway line development) and Cofiroute (French motorway company). She holds an MBA and a master's degree in Civil Engineering.
