Shannon Cowlin
Country Director, Mongolia Resident Mission, Asian Development Bank 

Shannon Cowlin has over 24 years of professional experience, including more than 10 years in ADB. She was principal energy specialist at the Sectors Group and East Asia Department. Before joining ADB, she led bilateral and multilateral cooperation on clean energy at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in the United States. Her previous work focused on the intersection of energy use, emissions, human health implications, and mitigation approaches. She holds a MS and BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
