Nariman Mannapbekov has served as country director of ADB's Kazakhstan Resident Mission since November 2020. Prior to his current position, he was country director of the Azerbaijan Resident Mission. He joined ADB in May 2006 as an economist. He has more than 25 years of experience and has worked in investment banking, government, and the World Bank.
