Rose Anne Gerance-Dumayas is part of the labor sector statistics team and contributes to the Key Indicators for Asia and the Pacific Report. Prior to joining ADB, she served as an associate economist at the Philippine Rural Development Project, a joint initiative of the World Bank and the Department of Agriculture.
