Shane Rosenthal leads the operations for Nauru, Solomon Islands, and Vanuatu. He also manages relationships with key Australian and New Zealand government agencies and development partners. He has over 28 years of experience in public policy, urban services, and portfolio management and has held several ADB leadership positions. He has established excellent relationships with key counterparts in the government and development partners, oversaw the growth of private sector portfolio, and developed OneADB projects.
