Irina has over 20 years’ experience as an evaluator, negotiator, trainer, trade expert, and legal advisor in the European Union’s general food law, food safety and hygiene legislation, trade in agricultural products and export promotion, sanitary and phytosanitary measures, technical barriers, and intellectual property. She has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Moscow State University and a Master of Laws from Leuven University.
