Batimaa is a water resources management and climate change expert with 34 years of experience, including managing ADB-financed projects since 2015. She holds a PhD in Geographical Science from the National University of Mongolia and an MSc in Water and Environmental Resources Management from the International Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering in Delft, the Netherlands.
