Jayzon Mag-atas is a transport specialist at the Asian Development Bank. He is part of the team studying the effective use of high-level technologies for planning high-quality infrastructure investments, particularly in transport. Prior to joining ADB, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines-Los Baños.
