Yi Xu has more than 26 years of experience working for ADB as a consultant and staff. As consultant, he prepared several urban projects in 2000s, including the Wuhan Wastewater and Stormwater Management Project. Prior to ADB, he worked for private firms and government in the People’s Republic of China. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has a multidisciplinary background (management, engineering economics and system engineering, and industrial and electrical automation).
