Anthony Bayley has more than 40 years of experience in the trade facilitation and international transport sectors. He has policy studies for ADB under the SASEC, CAREC, GMS, and SARD programs, as well as for the BIMSTEC, SAARC, IMT-GT, and BIMP-EAGA initiatives. He has several attributed international publications on trade and port facilitation.
