Raza Farrukh is primarily responsible for supervising and managing the ADB portfolio in Azerbaijan.  He has been with ADB for 19 years, working in the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Viet Nam, and Tajikistan.  He has a Master of Engineering degree in Water Resources Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan.
