Vannakhone Phanolith is project analyst for the Greater Mekong Subregion Flood and Drought Risk Management and Mitigation Project. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yokohama National University in Japan and a master’s degree in International Relations from Waseda University – Graduate School of Asia Pacific Studies in Japan.
