Hisaka Kimura is a key contributor to private sector development along up, mid, and down-stream to achieve country partnership strategy in East Asia. Hisaka has over 30 years of experience arranging finance for energy, natural resources, and water and municipal environmental infrastructure. At ADB, she oversaw the entire project cycle, covering business development, co-finance, structuring, negotiation, implementation, regulatory monitoring in the PRC and Mongolia, and knowledge-sharing and led private sector solar supply chain traceability initiatives with DFI and industry partnership.
