Dulce Zara is part of the Southeast Asia Department of ADB. She oversees the preparation of country partnership strategies and country operational reports. She is a member of the economics unit that monitors developments, prepares reports, and organizes knowledge-sharing events on various issues that impact Southeast Asia. Prior to joining ADB, she has gained experience as a technical adviser in a Philippine government bank and as a manager in the treasury department of a private bank.
