Ganga Tilakaratna has over 18 years of research experience in the areas of financial inclusion, social protection, poverty, and inequality. She holds a PhD from the University of Manchester (UK) and has worked as a consultant to various organizations, such as the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, UNESCAP, and UNDESA.
