Sangjin Han has been with the Korea Transport Institute for about 20 years. He holds a PhD in transport studies from the University College London and an MSc in urban planning from Seoul National University’s Graduate School of Environmental Studies. He was previously the director of KOTI’s Centre for Transport Safety Research, chief director of the Transport Big Data Centre, and director of the Department of Coordination and Planning.
