Gayang Ho has over 15 years of research in customer insights, transport governance and policies; and has worked in Australia, Canada, and across Asia. She holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto in Canada. Currently, she is based in Hong Kong.
