Jaehoon Sul was former Vice President for Transport Safety and Highway at KOTI. He is in charge of the KOTI’s transport safety and highway research. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at Seoul National University, and completed his PhD in Traffic Engineering from the same institution. He conducted post-graduate research at the University College London.
