Chul Ju Kim

Before joining ADBI, he was a secretary to the Republic of Korea’s President for economic and financial affairs. He was a key policy maker for more than 30 years, dealing with macroeconomic, financial, and social issues. He has extensive experience in international development, specifically at the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He holds a BA in economics from Seoul National University, and an MS in finance from Georgia State University, United States.
