He supports the Vice Presidency and the Complex in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the country programs of IsDB based on its decentralized business delivery model. He has worked on such issues as organizational efficiency, governance, portfolio management, and sustainable development. He was a senior economist at IsDB’s Agriculture and Rural Development Department for a decade, working on issues related to smallholder farmers, food security and resilience, community driven development, and value-chains.
