Andrew Parker was an economist at the urban, social development, and public management division. He has over 25 years of combined professional experience in social development, economic research and planning, capacity development, framework design and implementation, and project administration. He obtained his doctoral degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 1998; master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from University of East Anglia, United Kingdom in 1990; and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of College London, United Kingdom in 1984.
