Before moving to the Office of Safeguards, Antoine Morel was a principal environment specialist at ADB’s Southeast Asia Department (SERD). Prior to joining SERD in 2016, he coordinated environmental safeguards and urban environmental management aspects of ADB’s urban and social sector activities in the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia. He obtained his master’s degree in Environment Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).
