Oliver is the Head of the Global Division “Health, Education, Social Inclusion” of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Germany. He was Senior Operations Officer at the World Bank Group in Washington DC and has worked in Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America where he led programs in TVET.
