Thomas Herz has more than 25 years of experience in the transport and engineering sector helping build transport infrastructure and providing technical assistance in support of transport sector improvement in developing and developed countries. Since 2016, Thomas works for ADB primarily in Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan as a transport specialist. He holds a master’s degree in Economic and Social Geography with focus on transport, sociology, and spatial planning from Ludwig Maximilian’s University in Germany.
