Pam Layugan has decades of experience advancing regional cooperation and integration across Southeast Asia. She provides strategic and technical support to ASEAN, focusing on Brunei Darussalam–Indonesia–Malaysia–Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area and the Indonesia–Malaysia–Thailand Growth Triangle, including strategy formulation, project pipeline development, and analysis of economic corridors and cross-border connectivity. She also leads capacity-building initiatives, designing and delivering training on public policy, project management, and regional cooperation for government officials across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific.
