Young Kyung Lee has served as a Senior Research Fellow in the Capital Markets Division at the Korea Institute of Finance since 2022. She is an attorney-at-law in Korea. She earned her PhD in Law from Seoul National University, where her dissertation examined the legal principles of business trusts. Her research focuses on capital markets, trust law, and securities regulation.
