Alvin Lopez

Alvin Lopez helps guide and coordinate ADB’s work in environment, water, agriculture, and natural resources management in Cambodia and leads the design and implementation of specific projects. He previously led ADB’s programs on river basin restoration and water resources management in the People’s Republic of China and Mongolia. He was Regional Program Director (Malaysia and Thailand) for Wetlands International (2009–2010) and UNDP International Transboundary Advisor (2007–2009). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Management and Masters in Conservation Biology.
