Alfredo supports the implementation of ADB energy operations in Uzbekistan and Central Asia. He is an electromechanical engineer with a Master of Engineering in electricity generation and power systems, and an MBA in corporate finance. He has 20 years of international experience working on energy infrastructure projects across more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining ADB, he worked for the World Bank, the International Atomic Energy Agency, and an engineering consultancy in Spain.
