Dina Azhgaliyeva
Senior Economist (Climate Change), Economic Research and Development Impact Department, Asian Development Bank

Prior to joining ADB in 2024, Dina was a Senior Research Fellow at the Asian Development Bank Institute. Previously, she worked at the National University of Singapore, the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, and the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan. She earned her PhD in economics from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom. Dina has published articles in World Development, Energy Economics, Journal of Risk and Financial Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Climate Policy.
