Changnam Jung’s main areas of expertise include climate-smart agriculture, farm management, and sustainable livestock management. Prior to ADB, he worked as a deputy director at the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in the Republic of Korea. He earned his master of agriculture science from Chonnam National University.
