Zheng Wu has over 21 years of experience, including 14 years in ADB. He was most recently Officer-in-Charge of the Central and West Asia Department Transport and Communications Division and has also headed the Project Administration Unit of ADB’s Pakistan Resident Mission. He holds a PhD in transport infrastructure and system engineering from Virginia Tech, and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tongji University. He also has a post-graduate diploma in international construction contracts from Université Panthéon-Assas Paris 2.
