Wei-Ting Chan assists developing member countries in Asia and the Pacific enhance tax transparency and tax integrity. Before joining ADB, she worked at the Taxation Administration of the Ministry of Finance, focusing on tax incentive policy and transfer pricing. She was also with the Department of International Fiscal Affairs at the ministry, where she drafted position papers for bilateral tax treaty negotiation. She received her LLM in International Tax Law at Leiden University.
