Vanthong Inthavong is an infrastructure engineer. He is the team leader for the Greater Mekong Subregion Flood and Drought Risk Management and Mitigation Project. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and earned a master’s degree in Development Management from the Asian School of Development and Cross-Cultural Studies in the Philippines.
