Prior to joining the CAREC Institute, Tamar Berdzenishvili has worked on USAID-funded projects on fiscal reform and export facilitation in Georgia. She also worked for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, tackling governance and institutional reforms, and the United Nations in Afghanistan, United States, and Denmark as head of program and business developer. She holds an MPA degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
