Takeru Toba is the former project officer of the South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation National Single Window Project and a member of the ADB country coordination team in Maldives. Prior to ADB, he worked for the Government of Japan and was responsible for financial market regulation and industrial policy on the telecommunication market. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
