Siela Teng-Almocera has been part of the social safeguards team for private sector operations since she joined ADB in 2017. She processes and supervises projects across Asia and the Pacific in energy, transport, water, agriculture, telecommunications, and financial sectors. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Urban and Regional Planning and has a bachelor of science degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is also a licensed environmental planner.
