Shanti Jagannathan works on education policies and strategies and gives technical support to ADB’s lending and non-lending education operations. She has over 25 years of experience with designing and implementing education sector reforms in Asia. She has led policy research studies on skills for greening economies, knowledge-based economies, innovation, implications of industry 4.0 on skills and jobs, and education for climate change, among others. Prior to ADB, she worked with the European Union as a development adviser in South Asia.
