Shahina Saidova supports the Uzbekistan Resident Mission’s programming, knowledge management, and digital sector. She holds a master's degree in education and innovation and a BSc in finance, investment, and risk. Previously, she worked on portfolio management analysis and operational support at the Water and Urban Development sector. Her research work applies a cross-disciplinary approach to economic development and sector analysis.
