Seok-Ho Lim Senior Research Fellow, Department of Living and Build Environment Research, KICT
Dr. Lim is a Senior Research Fellow at the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology. His research interests include modular housing, long-life housing, new-hanok/remodeling, certification/design criteria, standardization, building information modeling, and smart city. He received a Ph.D. in Architectural Planning and Design from Yonsei University.
In the Republic of Korea, modular homes assembled like LEGO units are being developed as a response to the growing need for small to mid-size housing.
