Robin Todd is a public policy, education and TVET professional with a wide range of skills and experience ranging from community-level program implementation to national policy planning.  Relevant experience includes eleven years’ working in education, skills development and public service delivery positions in Africa and Asia and five years’ developing and implementing policy on skills and TVET at senior levels within the British Government.
