Nur Abdi Principal Agriculture Global Practice, Islamic Development Bank
Nur Abdi joined the Islamic Development Bank in 2010 from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations. His research interests include smallholder productivity, smallholder technology uptake, and farmer-market linkages. He is an agriculture economist by training.
Entry points for interventions include increasing access to quality seeds and materials, enhancing value chains, and promoting best practices through regional projects.
