Narendra Singru heads ADB’s operations in Afghanistan. He has extensive managerial experience and technical knowledge in donor coordination, development planning and administration, portfolio management, sector policy dialogue, country programming, and monitoring and evaluation of infrastructure projects in all the Central Asian countries. He has more than 28 years of diversified experience including 17 years in ADB. He holds master’s degrees in Development Administration & Planning from University College London, United Kingdom; and in Business Administration from University of Pune, India.
