Iskandar Gulamov oversees country programming, business planning, quality assurance, portfolio monitoring, and provision of operations services of ADB in Uzbekistan. He previously headed ADB operations in Kazakhstan, where he led strategy formulation and programming, economic, and liaison work. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in public, private, and development finance.
