Migara Jayawardena has 3 decades of experience in energy and infrastructure in emerging markets in Asia, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. He worked at the World Bank Group for over 20 years, leading efforts to help clients reform and develop energy and infrastructure. He received his B.Sc. in Economics from Towson State University and his Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University.
