Marko Davila Former Operations Coordination Specialist (Conflict-Affected Situations), Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department, Asian Development Bank
Marko Davila is an infrastructure finance professional, with extensive experience preparing and evaluating infrastructure investments, as well as developing policies and regulations that make these investments viable. He specializes in financial and economic analysis of projects, management of Public Private Partnership (PPP) transactions, and technical and operational due diligence. He served as a country specialist with ADB’s Afghanistan Resident Mission.
The lessons learned by the Asian Development Bank, which was one of the last organizations to leave Afghanistan[1] in 1980 and one of the first to return in 2002.
