Marko Davila is an infrastructure finance professional, with extensive experience preparing and evaluating infrastructure investments, as well as developing policies and regulations that make these investments viable. He specializes in financial and economic analysis of projects, management of Public Private Partnership (PPP) transactions, and technical and operational due diligence. He served as a country specialist with ADB’s Afghanistan Resident Mission.
