Manmohan Parkash joined ADB in 2002, holding various positions including as deputy director general of the South Asia Department, country director of the Bangladesh Resident Mission, advisor for the Operations Services and Financial Management Department, and head of the Operations Management Unit. As Senior Advisor, he will support the MDG by producing knowledge products and analytical work such as climate change vulnerability study.
